Muby Oztabay Counselling and Clinical Supervision
Individual
Counselling
Individual counselling/psychotherapy offers a space to explore complex feelings and relationships that may feel difficult to hold on your own.
I work with Adults, Children and Adolescents who are navigating through life's challenges, seeking depth and lasting change.
Adult Children of Narcissistic Parents
Therapy offers a safe, supportive space for adult children of narcissistic parents to heal from emotional abuse, rebuild self-esteem, and develop healthier relationships.
As a specialist in working with adult children of narcissistic parents and survivors of narcissistic family systems, I understand the long-term impact that emotional neglect, manipulation, criticism, and conditional love can have on self-worth, identity, and relationships.
Ex-Boarder Psychotherapy
Trained by Nick Duffell, I am specialised in Boarding School Survivors. I work with ex-boarders in therapy and we explore the enduring impact of early institutionalisation and ruptured attachments on adult relationships.
Together, we create a space for deep exploration, insight and integration.
Therapy facilitates the change towards more authentic, happier and fulfilling relationships with the self and others.
Couples
Therapy
In couples therapy, the relationship itself is the client, with focus on the patterns, dynamics, and emotional system created between both partners. It can help with communication breakdowns, trust issues, emotional distance, infidelity, and recurring conflict cycles.
Couples therapy supports healthier communication, deeper emotional understanding, and more secure ways of relating, helping the relationship become stronger, more resilient, and more connected.
Groups and Workshops

Clinical Supervision for Therapists
Step into a high-quality, culturally aware clinical supervision space for therapists, counsellors, psychologists, and helping professionals.
This is a reflective and supportive space to explore complex client work, ethical dilemmas, burnout, countertransference, and the emotional impact of practice with safety and care.
I offer specialist BAME/Global Majority supervision, with focus on race, culture, identity, migration, intergenerational trauma, and systemic oppression within both clinical work and the wider profession.
